Meet this month’s Employee Spotlight – Jeremy Kessous, one of Olmec’s Client Advisors. He has a knack for customer service and loves the Olmec work environment.
What is your name and current position?
Jeremy Kessous, Client Advisor.
How long have you been employed at Olmec?
I have been working at Olmec for over two years.
What office are you based out of?
I currently work out of our Denville, New Jersey office.
Why did you join Olmec?
I joined Olmec because of the culture and environment I was shown while touring and meeting with the company. The company is very team-oriented which appealed to me. As a Client Advisor, I work closely with our client decision-makers to address their needs and issues and advise on new designs and hardware. I work closely with our Help Desk and Prep Teams to ensure quality support for each of my customers.
What is the most interesting or favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is making the customers happy. When I can put together a system or deploy something new that makes customers more efficient and happier with the systems, they have to do their jobs, it brings great satisfaction to me.
What are some cool projects you’ve seen our clients do with Olmec’s services/products?
Rollouts of cloud systems have transformed companies from being tied to their brick-and-mortar offices, to enable them to become more efficient and nimbler at handling their customer’s needs.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
A satisfied customer.
When you think of Olmec’s culture, what 3 words come to mind?
Team-oriented, efficient, and dynamic.
What are your hobbies outside of Olmec?
I love snowboarding, golf, hiking with the family, and anything related to fantasy sports.
Tell us one interesting fact about yourself.
I like to take old computer components and put things together to create new and creative uses for what would otherwise be garbage.
